Program Manager.

I am responsible for operationalizing our largest Online to Offline businesses across our North America stores. These services include Buy Online Pick Up In Store, Ship From Store, Nike App Self-Checkout, Digital Sales in Store, and Digital Orders Returned In Store. I am part of a complex web of teams gathered around optimizing our O2O services for our consumers and our store teams. Proud to be part of one of the most profitable arms of our Direct-to-Consumer business.

Presenter.

 In my time managing all Digital O2O Programs, I have had the pleasure of leading and presenting in many zoom meetings and our biggest summit of the year- Head Coach Camp. My goal always being to unite multiple teams across North America around the importance of O2O and its value proposition as one of Nike’s key priorities.

Content Creator.

With limited resources, I also had to dust off my writing and creative skills by assembling trainings from scratch for many of our digital services. I have created many job aids and end-to-end trainings to guide our store teams through entire processes seamlessly.

Mentor.

I have been privileged to mentor the next generation of leaders at multiple companies through my career. I have been able to provide guidance and critical training to leaders across organizations who are charged with effectively disseminating information across the company matrix. Additionally, I have helped mentees use these experiences to strengthen resumes and pursue their career aspirations.
